Project Overview

AllBlue is an incubator for NFT projects. AllBlue combines everything you need for creating successful NFTs on Solana.

Role

I worked as a product designer (web3) with the client to help them bring their idea to life.

I was also in charge of doing research on the core pain points of the website, defining the flows, and designing the MVP version of the app.

Starting with the basics

Firstly, I had a brief session with the client to discuss the idea. This was to highlight the user needs that aimed to be met and the business needs as well.

I needed to understand how the mission of the NFTs and research the likely platforms that performed that type of operation.

NFT Holder - People who mint NFTs and also flip it.

Solana Developer - People who developed NFT Platforms with Solana

NFT companies marketplace - Companies that have NFT Marketplace.

Takeaways

I had a very short time designing the MVP version of the app, so we did not really talk to users earlier while designing.

We only later relied on the research we did, the client’s experience, feedback, and context.

We still need to test the platform and allow people to use it and share their experience of using the app in order to know the aspects to iterate more on until it reaches product fit and fulfills all requirements.
